Real Food, Eat Nourishing
My family and I have a hard time with Eat Nourishing food that is real. Most of the meals at the grocery store are not very real. In fact, they are loaded with preservatives, additives and ingredients that are hard to pronounce. Since the food industry is not regulated to disclose if any ingredients have been genetically modified, you really do not have any idea of what exactly it is you are purchasing. Recently, I read a news article about large orange juice manufacturers adding flavoring to their juice that they claim is 100% natural juice. I don’t understand how that can happen. That article made it clear to me that I can’t go by what the label says because labels can be very misleading.
It is hard to get real meals from the delicatessens because those meals often sell out. Sometimes it is a good thing because those meals can be expensive, especially for a family of five. Additionally, those types of meals usually contain more preservatives. Eating out at a restaurant is an issue as well, especially a fast food restaurant. Naturally, foods should rot after a certain period of time but the amount of preservatives in fast food French fries for example must be substantial. If you’ve ever given your child fast food fries to eat in their car seat then you understand exactly what I mean. If you don’t, then I will explain. Fast food French fries do not rot. That is scary.
Instead, I am on the hunt for Real Food Recipes. These types of recipes allow my family to enjoy our meals a gain. We do not have to worry about having strange additives and preservatives in our food. I have no doubt in my mind that the ingredients I use now are pure.
Ice Cream Smoothie Recipes for Kids and Adults
Everybody loves ice cream, both kids and adults, so I thought why not create some delicious ice cream smoothie recipes for kids and adults to enjoy. One of the most important things that I have found when making these delicious drinks is to make sure that I’m only using really high quality ice cream. If you cannot make the ice cream yourself, I generally recommend going with an organic ice cream that you know is made from cows that were treated in a humane and healthy way. This is the way that you can make sure that your child is only getting the highest quality milk and ingredients into their smoothie. You also will want to make sure that you are using organic produce as well so that you can avoid any nasty toxins and pesticides that are often found with traditionally grown produce. If you’re going to using water as a liquid base for the smoothie, only use filtered water.
